Hi all,

Last month, my colleague Yuki Kyogoku presented at a workshop at Komazawa University that discussed my research tool, Vātāyana. In preparation, I made several usability improvements to the interface, including updates to the page layout, text navigation, wording and explanatory notes, and a new tutorial video. I'm hoping to continue the conversation about it with anyone who is interested, including extensions to other data material.

The workshop participants had a number of interesting and useful suggestions:
1. at the very least, more Yogācāra, Jaina, Madhyamaka, and Abhidharma should be added;
2. some sort of text-reuse visualization could be nice, like this specialized arc diagram from KITAB or a Sankey diagram like this from BuddhaNexus (see screenshot example);
3. metadata should be much easier to find;
etc. etc. I'm still taking notes, so please don't be shy to share more thoughts of any kinds!

Kind regards,
Tyler
