I have not been able to find pdfs of Kielhorn's second edition of volumes 2 (1906) and 3 (1909) nor the 1962 3rd edition of volume 1 by Abhyankar. The 1985 4th edition of volume 1 in the folder is, to the best of my knowledge, just a reprint of the 1962 3rd edition. If anyone has a pdf of the 2nd editions by Kielhorn, I would appreciate it if you could share them with me.
