Hello Patrick,

I have attached the page of the Mahābhāṣya [edited by Kielhorn, 3rd edition by K.V. Abhyankar, Vol. I, 1962, Poona: Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute, p. 10].  His final position is apaśabdaprayoge adharmaḥ, and śabdaprayoge dharmaḥ.

Dear Friends,

While reading an article titled:
I came across the following statement (p. 83):
“The use of incorrect words (non-Sanskrit words) is non-virtuous” (Paspaśāhnikam-2)
I've tried to find this translation in the P_2 section of the GRETIL version of Patañjali's Mahābhāṣya, but I'm wondering if someone might be able to help.

Thank you.

All the best,

Patrick McCartney
