Thank you, Acharya, for posting this announcement here. I knew that R. N. Iyengar and his colleagues had published four installments of a long-awaited edition of the extensive Vṛddhagārgīya Jyotiṣa, and some articles based on it. But I did not know about this edition, of what is in many ways the most important chapter of this text. Very glad, indeed, to see this.
