I would be very happy, before to try the inter-library loan, to find a soft copy of one or more of the three editions of the bhāṣya of Raṅganātha Muni, which, I guess, must correspond to a few pages in Venkatacharya's 2004 book or in the Puruṣa-sūkta-bhāṣya-saṅgrahaḥ of 1994.
