One needs to look at the pdfs at the top of the page: the individual projects sound rather specific, e.g.
"Fellow 1 will aim at achieving the following results: (1) explain how the promotion of Mani’s identity as a healer led to the extension of the new religion; (...)".
"Fellow 14 will aim at achieving the following results: (...) (2) foster research on plants as non-human actors in interdisciplinary medievalist contexts."

Let's hope that people who just did their MA are specialised enough for these tasks.
