Yes, it is Sarvajñātman's Saṅkṣepa-Śārīraka 4.46: 

kṣaraṃ pradhānam amṛtākṣaraṃ haraḥ

kṣarātmānāv īśate deva ekaḥ |

tasyābhidhyānād yojanāt tattva-bhāvād

bhūyaś cānte viśva-māyā-nivṛttiḥ || 46 ||
