I’ve never found the other volumes of the original edition to be digitally available, but the 1998 reprint (as a single volume) is available from the likes of Amazon for a rather modest cost.

I had expected to find Willem Caland's edition of the Śatapatha-Brāhmaa (Kāva recension) published by the Punjab Sanskrit Series (1926-1939) on archive.org, but only the second volume appears to be there. Might anyone have a pdf of the first volume that they're willing to share?
