I would like to reference the following photo in a publication:

Is the number 23988 the photo's item number? If yes, is there any integral listing of all AIIS photos, or an interface where photos can be searched by photo number? In other words, could I make do with a citation like 'AIIS photograph no. 23988' as a possibly more perennial citation mode than than citing the URL?
