Dear Dimitry and McComas,
Many thanks!
On Monday I received an answer from Premraj Neupane from this address: worldsanskrit2024@gmail.com
I quote his response below, so the other members of the list could use this information as well:

"Please read the attached circular for details of submission or propose a panel but keep in mind that we will extend the deadline of it very soon.
Our technical team is not working properly now so there are some problems with updating the website.
Very soon our new team will start working on it. Please contact us in this email for further information."

I will ask further questions because the circular, as we know, doesn't really answer my current questions. :)

I guess we need to wait for the deadline extension and further website updates.

Best wishes,
Nataliya

Dear Nataliya,

Here's the answer we received from one of the organizers in response to similar questions:

For the initial submission, you should provide the panel topic and panel abstract along with the list of panelists before the extended deadline. Once the panel is accepted, you can proceed with the submission of individual abstracts and brief biographies for each panelist by the specified deadline of March 15th (Which also will be extended by 2 weeks), as mentioned in the Circular Announcement.

Hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Dimitry

Dear Colleagues,
Does anyone know how to propose a panel for WSC19 in Nepal?
Specifically, what information do the organizers need, and how those who propose a panel can submit it? Do they need a preliminary list of speakers along with the panel description? Do they need the abstracts right away?
I've written (twice!) to all 3 addresses I found on the website of the conference but to no avail. Because the announced deadline is Dec. 31 (!), I was wondering if anyone knows how to proceed with this.
I would be grateful for any information.
Best wishes,
Nataliya
