Raffaele Torella has just pointed out to me that in the Muktabodha digital library  the pdf of the KSTS Vol. 65 which is KSTS īśvarapratyabhijñāvivṛtivimarśinī vol III had some pages mixed up and missing. A new pdf of this volume has now been uploaded to the Muktabodha with this corrected. Hopefully I didn't miss any pages.
