I have a hard time spotting the following PhD : Lee, Morris Arthur. 2008. “The Phenomenon of a Persistent World View in a Context of Religious Change, A Study of Marphati Beliefs in an Area of Rural Bangladesh”. PhD thesis, The Australian College of Theology. Carola Erika Lorea quotes it in her 2016 book but does not have a soft copy anymore. Thanks to Lubomir Ondracka, a hard copy has been spotted at the Melbourne School of Theology, which is 16 000 km away ... Would any of you have a soft copy that you are willing to share with me ?
