After carefully reading Rishi Rajpopat’s reply to my review of his dissertation, I have nothing to add nor detract from my review. The points raised stand as stated. I hope the scholarly community will read it carefully and benefit from it. The proposal made by Dr. Rajpopat has recieved far more attention than it deserves already.
