Can someone please suggest a technique to STOP receiving annoying emails from Academia.edu?

These conincidences keep happening.

I just received the latest posting by Mrinal Kaul to the indology list,  a half hour later Academia.edu sent me "PDF by Mrinal Kaul,  Review: The Īśvarapratyabhijñākārikā of Utpaladeva".
