For the transliteration of ळ

IAST uses ḻ (l underbar)
ISO 15919 uses ḷ (l underdot)

Jonas Buchholtz uses l̤ (l with two dots unde)

Do either Harvard-Kyoto (Kyoto-Harvard ?) I'm never sure its official name :-) or Velthuis have an official or unofficial transliteration letter for ळ
