The Ludo and Rosane Rocher Foundation is pleased to announce the award of our first postdoctoral fellowship to Jean Arzoumanov (Ph.D. in South Asian Studies, Université Paris 3 - Sorbonne Nouvelle, December 2021). Dr. Arzoumanov will pursue his work on Indian sects and ascetics in Indo-Persian literature of the 16th to the 19th centuries. He has opted to be in residence at the University of Chicago for the duration of his fellowship.
