Brothers get othered in Mahabharata.

Others like a boatsman Guha, Sugreeva, a vaanara, Jataayu, a bird, Vibheeshana, a raakshasa, Sabari, a sudratapasvini (Valmiki's word),, Hanumaan, another  vaanara etc. get brothered in Ramayana.
