Thank you, everyone!  I should have been clearer that I'm looking for a machine-readable file.  I.e., plain text.  But I think the PDF sent by Prof. Michaels is going to be easy to convert.  It was created by Nitro, which suggests there's a word-processor file somewhere.  But anyhoo, I'll give it a try now.
