The book is  Koka Shastra: Being The Ratirahasya Of Kokkoka And Other Medieval Indian Writings On Love By Alex Comfort .
The Book has 176 Pages and the one at archives  for which you have given the link has 146 pages.  I Suppose The introductory and cover pages are missing..

Neither its translator nor publishing place is indicated in the document, and it's clear that it's not the translation of either Alex Comfort or S. C. Upadhyaya. I would really appreciate it if anyone could kindly shed some light on this.
