Yes, as Sri Suresh said there is a very big number of expert Telugu epigraphists specializing in different periods and different aspects of study. 

If you are looking for past works, a bibliography can be shared. 

If you want contacts with current researchers, contacts can be provided.

What exactly are you looking for? Late P. V. Parabrahma Sastry had published several volumes of inscriptions from various districts in Andhra Pradesh (includes current Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). Several of his disciples are still working for Archeological Society of India (ASI) and may be able to help.
