Verse 2 of the kuNDalinI stavaH is:
raktÄbhÄmá¹›tacandrikÄ lipimayÄ« sarpÄká¹›tir nidritÄ
jÄgratkÅ«rmasamÄÅ›ritÄ bhagavati tvaá¹ mÄá¹ samÄlokaya |
mÄá¹sodgandhakugandhadoá¹£ajaá¸itaá¹ vedÄdikÄryÄnvitaá¹
svalpasvÄmalacandrakoá¹ikiraṇair nityaá¹ Å›arÄ«raá¹ kuru || 2 ||
I'm uncertain on how to translate jÄgratkÅ«rmasamÄÅ›ritÄ in line 2.
The only (farfetched thought?) I have is that kÅ«rma refers to the nÄá¸i that carries the energy that closes the eyes and therefor refers to the sleeping state, so that the phrase means "who abides in the waking and sleeping states".
Any help in translating this phrase would be appreciated.
