I write this note to you as you have asked to be informed if there are any issues with downloading pdf of your published lecture From Pāṇini to Patañjali and Beyond - Development of Religious Motifs in Sanskrit Grammar from www.knaw.nl. From Pāṇini to Patañjali and Beyond in the search function of the website www.knaw.nl yields only this calendar entry (included also as an image, below). Also, No results were found when the search was refined to include only "publication" (second image, below). The pdf of From Pāṇini to Patañjali and Beyond - Development of Religious Motifs in Sanskrit Grammar is not visible in this list either (Overview of Gonda lectures from 1993 to 2016)
