Interplay Between the Traditions of Jyotiḥśāstra and the Purāṇas
The workshop investigates the interplay between two intellectual traditions of ancient and medieval India, Jyotiḥśāstra (the astral sciences) and the Purāṇas (religious texts of encyclopedic nature).
