The following verse appears in Madhva's and Baladeva's commentaries on the Brahmasūtra. I suspect it appears in one or more Purāṇas:

puṇyapāpādikaṃ viṣṇuḥ kārayet pūrvakarmaṇā /

anāditvāt karmaṇaś ca na virodhaḥ kathañcana //
