Continuing my Krishna verses:
कृष्ण ते कृष्णवर्णोऽयमादिवर्ण इतीरित: ।
अन्ये वर्णा विवर्तन्ते तरङ्गा इव सागरे ।।५७५।।
O Krishna, your dark hue is said to be the original color, and other colors are mere appearances like waves on the ocean.
