I can't say about the critical edition of MST, but the following editions are available: 


1. Śivamahimnaḥstotra (1996), Śivamahimnaḥstotram of Puśpadantācārya with the commentaries ‘Madhusūdanī’ and ‘Pañcamukhī’, ed. Karuṇāpati Tripāthī, Varanasi: Sampuranand Sanskrit University.

2.  Śarmā, Ralārāma (trans. into Hindi) (2001) Mahimnastotram Śrīmadhusūdanīṭīkā-tadāryabhāṣānuvādasahitam, Vārāṇasī: Caukhambā Vidyābhavana (reprint).

Is there any critical edition of Madhusudani commentary on Siva mahimna stotra,
If no, then are  MSS available? I don't have access to NCC
