Might anyone be able to share a PDF of Gokulanatha Upadhyaya's commentary on Raghunatha Siromani's Dīdhiti, published as the Anumitidīdhiti-vidyota?

This was published in 1982 from Darbhanga and edited by Dharmanath Jha and Ramsevak Jha.
