I saw this publication many years ago, probably in the library of the Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute. As I recall, it has a photograph of R.D. Karmarkar. 

There may be a photograph also in the BORI building itself and in the collection of the Sir Parashurambhau College in Pune.
