it seems only accessible from the US, or the network of an institution
participating in the Hathi Trust? Which might have to do with google's
policy, who have paid for the scanning:
https://www.hathitrust.org/access_use#pd-us-google . So it might be
that when you uploaded it to your server you did something that they
don't agree with...
