Is the text of Bālagopālastuti (by Līlāśuka) available in any form?  One of my students needs access to this text.  There are scattered manuscript folios available on the web, but I don't see an edition or an e-text available.  Nothing listed on the WorldCat.  Any help will be deeply appreciated.
