It is bhūmi-sūkta (Atharva-veda 12.1) that is commonly referred to. If a bhū-sūkta distinct from it exists, I too would like to know where it occurs.

om| bhūmir-bhūmnā dyauḥ-variṇā antarikṣam mahitvā |
