and as far as I can tell it doesn't occur in the Atharva Veda (doing an online search of the one on GRETIL)

om| bhūmir-bhūmnā dyauḥ-variṇā antarikṣam mahitvā |

upasthe te devyadite agnim annādam annādyāyādadhe || 1 ||
