The
“Kingship and Religion in Tibet” Project at
Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München would like to announce a
conference entitled “Memories of Kings: Kingship in the
Religious Imaginings of Asia,” to be held in Munich on the 22nd
and 23rd of May, 2015. Invited participants will be speaking on
topics related to kingship, religion, and memory in Tibet,
Mongolia, China, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. For more information, go to

are welcome and there is no registration fee, but because space
is limited, those who would like to observe are asked to
