I think we need more clear instructions for end users. I downloaded all of those types but got nowhere from there. 

I’m sure, scholars like Śri Shriramana Sharma <jamadagni@gmail.com> and his colleagues who developed the Tamil Brahmi font would be able to help us here.

These glyphs seems to be included just for the sake of completeness, since they're very pixellated and the combining characters don't work (11038-11045).
