[INDOLOGY] DCS accessibility

[Oliver Hellwig]

Dear all,

it seems that the DCS website was down several times over the last
weeks; might be due to scrape bots overloading the server. I hope it
runs smoothly again.

In addition, please note that the site changed to https protocol (which
should have been done long ago). So, the url is now:

https://sanskrit-linguistics.org/dcs/index.php

Note "https" instead of the previous "http".

Best, Oliver
