[INDOLOGY] Date and place of a manuscript

Dear Jean Michel,

The dating is in verse (śloka) and the first word reads reads 
rāmāṃkabhūpāla-, which is bhūtasaṃkhyā for 3-9-16, or, reading right to 
left, 1693. The numerals following are explicatory.
