Dear List Owners,

On February 28, 2026 we added to the enforced settings applied to all lists.

Users must now be subscribed to a list (be a member) for their posts to be
accepted. Posts from non-members are silently discarded. ie. The sender is
not notified.

This additional enforced setting helps prevent list members receiving
unwanted emails. Unwanted emails lead to complaints and affect the servers'
reputations.

We apologise for not having notified you in advance of this change.
