[INDOLOGY] Anusvara in IAST transliteration

I used to correct the orthograph of Sanskrit words in the French Wikipedia.
We would discuss months about the right transliteration system (I was the
only Indologist) and they decided to take a simplified version. I just
demand that IAST be mentioned. In the French Wiktionary, it was more
problematic, because they decided that “samsar*â* » and “nirvanâ”, would be
french ways of writing “samsâra” and “nirvâna” because they found some
occurences. They never admitted it was only a typing error and banned me
forever because I lost my temper after weeks of discussion.
