[INDOLOGY] Anusvara in IAST transliteration

Dear all,

it may not be of interest internationally, but the same has been done in 
the German DIN 33904 for the transliteration of Devanagari (published in 
2018):

अं = aṃ

*माँसा = *māṁsā
