[INDOLOGY] IAST wikipedia page and anusvara again

I have reverted Dabral's change and written about the topic in the Talk
page,

including reference to your email here.  I hope it sticks.  And if anyone
wants to change the Wikipedia page again on this issue, I hope they will
first discuss it in the Talk page, and engage with the issues that have
been outlined rather than just directly changing the main page.  We seek to
establish consensus on this.
