Thanks, Hans. Yes. The volumes are very well produced. I typeset the
volumes myself and gave them a camera-ready copy. But otherwise, they have
done a very good job. But due to the fear of tariffs, they sent me only one
copy, and all other author's copies were sent to my sister in Pune.
