[INDOLOGY] Ditto sign in śāradā script

Dear all,

Have others come across a "ditto" sign in śāradā script like the one below
(both from f. 409v of this ms:

I checked Slaje's book on the śāradā script but didn't see anything (of
course I could have missed it!).
