[INDOLOGY] Dissertation fellowships

Dear friends,

I have a former student (Indian national) studying in Singapore who is looking for a dissertation fellowship to fund them for a little more writing time than their current scholarship allows. Thus far, most of what I have found is for US nationals or those studying at US universities.

If anyone knows of any dissertation fellowships for an Indian student studying anthropology and art history in India (the student is from Bihar)  please let me know. Their work is fantastic and is just the sort of thing I would love to help support.
