"Times New Roman" is everywhere, but remember that it's a commercial
product that is not licensed for free use.  For really nice fonts that are
almost indistinguishable from TNR and are freely distributed under a open
use license, try TeX Gyre Termes
<https://www.gust.org.pl/projects/e-foundry/tex-gyre/termes> or Libertinus
Serif.   As it says explicitly on the Gyre website,

TeX Gyre Termes can be used as a replacement for the renowned Times (new)
Roman font (designed by Stanley Morison together with Starling Burgess and
Victor Lardent for the London newspaper “The Times”; it was first issued by
the Monotype Corporation in 1932 -- see the article by Charles Bigelow for

Bigelow is always worth reading, and the article above really helps to
understand the history of the issues surrounding Times Roman.
