Please join Vidushi (Padmashri) Geeta Chandran, Indian classical dancer and
Founder-President of Natya Vriksha, for an illustrated lecture hosted by
FLAME University's India Centre.

In “The Power of DI – Dance Intelligence,” Vidushi Geeta Chandran will
offer a human and humane response to the age of AI, drawing from her five
decades of engagement with Bharatanatyam. The session aims to explore the
profound linkages between body and mind, solo and group expression, and
artist and society. It will reflect how Bharatanatyam continues to embody
joy, beauty, values, mythology, and spirituality while addressing
contemporary issues of concern. This engaging session encourages reflection
on the continuing relevance of classical traditions in a changing world,
tracing connections between yesterday and tomorrow, roots and wings, and
the external body and the inner mind-space.
