[INDOLOGY] Translation of kālapuruṣa

Dear list members,
The name kālapuruṣa occurs in 22 texts in GRETIL and 5 texts in the
Muktabodha digital library.
How would the list members translate it.  Is it just "deity of time" or
"the cosmic person who is time" or is it something more specific.
