[INDOLOGY] [External] Fwd: Celebrating one year of "Ashoka" on audio!

Having recently borrowed this book from my local library through their Hoopla app, I can confirm that it reads well in audio form. The pronunciations, while not always standard, usually are and are always perfectly intelligible. Based on Patrick’s arguments, I’m going to have to revise my Ashoka lectures for next year, though. Are there or are they not inscriptions about the Kalinga war near Kalinga itself?
