[INDOLOGY] Need Help with Source Materials on Sanskrit Verbal Cognition

I am reaching out to this group for assistance with an ongoing research
query.

I am currently studying the paper titled *"A Distributed Platform for
Sanskrit Processing <https://aclanthology.org/C12-1062.pdf>"* and found
*two* references in it that are of great interest to my work

*1. Pr. Lakshmitatachar's "Verbal **Cognition Generator"*

These works appear highly relevant to my study, and I am keen to access the
full versions of either or both.
