[INDOLOGY] Persian historical literature in tr

I have added a link on the INDOLOGY website (http://indology.info), bottom
right under "outside links", to the Packard Humanities Institute website
that presents scans of many translations of Persian historical works, most
of which refer to India.

In conversation with a colleague today, I realized that many people don't
know about the PHI or this website (which isn't even mentioned on the main PHI
home page <https://packhum.org>).
