[INDOLOGY] Indian Government posting manuscripts online

Thank you Dr. Patel, especially for the link.
For those members who may not know, it was Dr. Patel, who as a private
individual, brought the legal action and all the legal follow up that
required the NMM to publish their digitized manuscripts.
