Sad news, indeed. Professor Oberhammer’s work has been so crucial for all of us working on the intellectual history of Śrīvaiṣṇavism and it was such a pleasure for me to meet him in Vienna many years ago. I have no doubt those of us who have benefited from his insights will  continue to remember and honour him and his work.
